Position: Product Analyst (OPENRevenues)

Location: Home + occasional travel to UK sites

Summary

More than 75 Local Authorities use our market-leading cloud-enabled OPENRevenues software to streamline administration. OPENRevenues spans online self-service, contact centre management, electronic documents, automated workflow, payments, telephony and mobile working.

Working as part of the high performing and collaborative software delivery team within our highly successful OPENRevenues product team, the Product Analyst champions our products within the company and ensures that they are delivered in accordance with customer and corporate expectation. The role requires blended OPENRevenues product knowledge, business analysis skills and software testing skills.

Role Responsibilities include:

Involved in a wide variety of product related tasks in order to upgrade, test and deliver the software successfully every time

Run User Groups to showcase the software as well as eliciting requirements for enhancements and modifications and produce User Guides

Work closely with the development team to establish the vision, ensuring the technical and compliance standards are met

Work with the Product Team to ensure all Sales and Support Teams have necessary training and understanding of product features

Work with the Support Team to identify outstanding and recurring problems to set priority for all modifications and enhancements

About You

Essential Skills:

3+ years’ experience with OPENRevenues software achieving strong functional knowledge

5+ years’ experience in an LG Revenues role using Revenues and Benefits solutions, (including knowledge of current legislation)

Genuine interest in technology and delivering effective software solutions

Previous experience in user requirements analysis and producing user requirement specifications

Previous experience in software testing

Strong communication skills and able to articulate requirements to both technical teams and non-technical teams

Current Full UK Driving license preferred
