The Role

The primary role of the Transport Controller is to support our route delivery network in meeting daily delivery requirements of our customers in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for training, guidance and contractor management to ensure all customers receive their beverages in full, on time and in a safe and sustainable manner.

The Transport Controllers are responsible for a range of KPIs and tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR)
  • Delivery CPC
  • Delivery Adhoc costs
  • Training & Competency
  • Customer Service (Internal & External) – Delivered in Full on Time (DIFOT), service tickets, cash variances & customer feedback

Key Deliverables

  • TRIFR: reporting & investigating hazards, Safety walks / conversations, COR Audit score, Vehicle & audit compliance
  • Delivery CPC: Route delivery CPC by TPP, Total delivery CPC, Delivery ADHOC Costs
  • Training & competency: Training Audits
  • Customer Service: raising service tickets, cash/stock variances, returns, on time performance
  • End of month settlement
