The company is looking to Casual Part-time, Online Content Moderators, in Malta who are bi-lingual in Spanish and English languages. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this position will be fully remote until restrictions are lifted within Malta. You will be able to work from anywhere as long as you have a great Internet connection and a comfortable workspace.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Reviewing content and / or user-profiles, with high accuracy at a fast pace;
Participating in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, market trends and moderation best practices;
Collaborating with your team members;
Providing feedback to managers on trends, common end-user mistakes and questions. You are our eyes and ears and you know the users the best!
Giving input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences;

Your skills and experience

Comfortable reviewing content that may be considered inappropriate, offensive and/or contain explicit material
Fluent in written, listening and spoken Spanish and English, (B2-C1 Levels)
Strong communication skills,
Excellent team player, flexible
Good analytical and computer skills;
Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays, including night shifts.
Understanding of fraud, cyber security issues and e-commerce industry
Prior operating experience in a comparable service/ process management environment (i.e. moderation, customer support, technical support etc.) is desirable
