Service Administrator (Administrative Assistant)

The role:
- Be responsible for the sales of Time & Material requests, including the creation and control of offers, negotiation with the customers and invoicing.
- Be responsible for administrative support from 3rd party service providers, including but not limited to travel arrangements, payment processing and control.
- Support other internal sales activities by collaborating and integrating the options available in the Agfa portfolio into an offering that meets the customer needs.
To be successful in this postion, you will need:
- Graduated in Business Administration or relatives
- Minimum 2 years in HealthCare industry or Customer Support Service.
