We are looking for a Sales Controller to join our office in Bucharest. You will be part of EE sales controlling EE and report directly to Head of Sales Controlling & Revenue Management CEE based in Warsaw.
What you’ll do:
Support of the Head of Sales Controlling & Revenue Management CEE for
Trade Terms maintenance (KA Plans); shared with Sales Finance on regular (monthly) basis
International Contracts input
Control of non-contractual accruals (Returns, Markdowns, Retro TPRs, other Trade Spends) - based on request from Key Accounts Managers and Sales Field Managers.
GtN Commitments for non-contractual spends – reporting & analysis
MBU Sales comments
Providing documentation for Licence audits
settlement related topics (credit notes vs. invoice etc.)
KA P&L investigations / understanding of customer P&L items"

What you’ll do:
Support of the Head of Sales Controlling & Revenue Management CEE for
- Monitoring the use of budgets of trading conditions - verification of the planned turnover and comparison with the actual level per client
- GtN variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast & PY) / Budget Control
- Compliance of Customer Contracts and Agreements:
Trade Terms maintenance (KA Plans); shared with Sales Finance on regular (monthly) basis
International Contracts input
- Customer Contracts Tracker & Customer Negotiation Tracker – monthly reporting
- Month End Closing – close cooperation with Sales Finance Team:
Control of non-contractual accruals (Returns, Markdowns, Retro TPRs, other Trade Spends) - based on request from Key Accounts Managers and Sales Field Managers.

MBU Sales comments
- Quarterly update of accruals due to contract sign-off - revision with KAM
- Audit – close cooperation with Sales Finance Team:
Providing documentation for Licence audits
- Finance education Mind-set (pricing/mix/GtN optimization)
- WSO estimation and mid month landing
- checking of invoices and approval of invoices & calls with Kam related to invoices in their workflow
- Ad hoc business support / consultancy:
settlement related topics (credit notes vs. invoice etc.)
