MASTER SCHEDULER

The Master Scheduler is responsible for guiding the organization's strategies aimed at growing the business, basing decisions with a view to financial growth, production and meeting customer needs, through analysis of current and future scenarios.
- Establish key elements of strategy for implementing initiatives with the objective of promoting new business;
- Perform interface with project management, purchasing, logistics, to forecast new demands and production capacity;
- Prepare the annual production budget plan, according to sales expectations, aiming at optimizing the capacity of the facilities and other available productive resources;
- Analyze load and capacity for future demands;
- Perform S&OP analysis in order to support the company's management decisions;
- Generate monthly long-term vision of load and capacity of the plant;
- Conduct analysis of proposals for new projects with a view to adjusting the load and capacity of the plant and supplies;
- Identify and monitor internal and external factors that may affect business objectives;
- Establish strategies and operational plans to guide business objectives;
- Create financial and production scenarios to represent forecasts with a range of up to 5 years.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Graduation in Administration or Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the planning area;- Knowledge of ERP system;- Advanced English;- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization;- Office package domain (mainly excell and MS Project).
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate; - experience in manufacturing environment (metallurgical preference) and experience in projects; - SAP/ERP
