Team Overview and Job responsibilities
We are looking for an Supply Chain/Planning Analyst to join our team.
Based in Poços de Caldas, Brazil, you will be responsible for conduct and develop research, studies and analysis related to the processes of the planning logistics area, aiming at meeting the production and inventory planning, which lead to the optimization and improvement of the services of storage, distribution and movement of raw materials, materials, finished products, costs, as well as participating in the development of rules, procedures and policies that subsidize the various units, according to the pre-established guidelines and strategies.
You will focus on the following activities:
Responses to commercial inquiries regarding product delivery times, through the protocol processes:
- M.P availability analysis
- Analysis of productive capacity
- Capability analysis of productive equipment;
Order portfolio management:
- Attendance of the customer's wish dates
- Attendance of OTD dates
- Management of MTO orders
- Management of MTS orders
- Management of inter-company orders
- Management of outsourcings orders
- Updated of production lead times
Compliance with the strategic planning defined in the S&OP processes, such as:
- Balance of production capacity x commercial demand
- Balancing stock levels (WIP, FG and MP)
- Attendance of production volumes
- Attendance of billing volumes
Management of OTIF and OTD indicators.
Receive and resolve post-sales complaints received from the Commercial, Carrier and Customer Areas regarding delivery delays, material differences, damage, delivery location problems, unloading equipment.
