Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for the Logistic Specialist (S&OP Integration), to be located in São Jose dos Campos or São Paulo, Brazil.

The Logistic Specialist (S&OP Integration) is the lead of the Deliver S&OP integration for Consumer Health LATAM, working closely with Plan, Sales and Deliver Operations to synchronizes the customer demand and volume forecast into a reliable and efficient logistics end to end product flow. Developing the Deliver S&OP dashboard to track Service, Cost and Agility across all Supply nodes in the region. Monitoring efficiencies and proactively detecting gaps. The Logistic Specialist (S&OP Integration) have a meaningful role to connect and give visibility of the product supply flows from production to the customers. Allowing efficient assets and resources utilization, anticipating constraints, risks and mitigation plans to be discussed on Regional/Cluster S&OP forums. As part of Consumer Deliver Segment team, the function must collaborate with strategic projects to advance the deliver performance and respond to customers or business challenges, improving the reliability, agility and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, consolidate and deploy the Deliver S&OP process and metrics. Act as the LATAM focal point to connect with Supply Chain, commercial and Deliver operations, collecting inputs, consolidating and deploying the Dashboard and Action plans;

• Supervising performance trends, anticipating volume volatility impacts and actions required to efficient balance of reliability, agility and efficiency according to business needs;

• Strong collaboration with Deliver Consumer strategic project implementation including Inbound Freight, Agility/JJOS and Customer Collaboration;

• Facilitate focused meetings towards measurable outcomes focusing on tackle Deliver S&OP gaps and strategic priorities that potential results on Service, Cash Flow or Cost efficiency;

• Provide continuous support to multifunctional teams/ squads to assure visibility and alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain and Deliver;

• Ability to connect with different levels in the organization. Combining analytical skills with assertive communication, translating sophisticated data/ information into impactful insights;

• Flexibility to deal with multiple geographies and functions;

• Ensures compliance to corporate and regulatory agencies policies/rules/procedures.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably Engineering/Business Administration/Economics).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Prior experience with Logistics, Customer Service, S&OP or Supply chain is required;

• Excel advanced (VBA – Pivot Table);

• Proficient in English (Writing, Listening and Speaking);

• Advanced/Intermediary in Spanish (verbal communication is required).

Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Kaizen, Root Cause Problem Solving proved knowledge;

• Project management certification (PMI/FPX/Scrum);

• Visualization tools knowledge as viewer and creator (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView);

• Financial skills.
