Selection EFCA

  • Based on EFCA process, EFCA administrator have responsibility to looking for new EFCA Based on stock in each province
  • The condition to choose new EFCA must be meet with EFCA processes
  • Anti fraud & security check before signing service contract

Selection & transfer

• Based on vintage report will make the propose to CM about transfer contracts to which EFCA •Make transfer in system and transfer to EFCA by email + document attached

Meeting with EFCA

  • Meeting with each EFCA in HCM & around HCM at least one a month
  • Feedback them about performance meeting, meeting minute should be recorded

EFCA checking

  • Report collecting status. Report receipt usage. Receive monthly debt comparison table and make payment.
  • Responsible for all EFCA checking activities . Checking MRC & clients file send to EFCA weekly

EFCA team Monitoring

  • Responsible for all contracts transferred have been take note in system
  • Co-operate with accounting dept for EFCA payment
  • Responsible for hiring new staff in EFCA team and training & supporting

Reporting

  • Regular meetings with LCM/ CM/CRM - performance weekly
  • Responsible for all report EFCA vintage, weekly report, call checking report, field checking report
  • Report to /LCM/ CM/RCM Immediately in case find out detecting money from EFCA

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in law.
  • Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in litigation and consultancy
  • Ability to understand legal issues relating to civil litigation
  • Basic English
  • Understanding of banking and finance
  • Good relations with judicial people
  • Communicative skills
  • Microsoft Office skills.
