Atos has built a Human Resources Global Shared Services Center (HR GSSC) in Sofia with five streams: Workforce Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Personnel Administration, and Recruitment.

Currently there is an opening for the position of Junior Learning Services Manager with Polish, based in the Global HR Center of Excellence in Sofia.

Acting as a primary point of contact, the junior LSM supports a designated business area (GBU, Division, Country, Vertical Market as appropriate)with specialist L&D subject-matter expertise. S/he defines a training plan agreed with key business partners & delivers that plan by means of effective deployment of learning programs. S/he steers specific learning programs, from initial concept to outcome evaluation ensuring that business requirements are met at an agreed cost, in line with the training roadmap. S/he will take sole or shared ownership of specific, global and transversal Programs and/or Academies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Junior Learning Services Manager (JLSM) is accountable for contributing to the promotion and deployment of strategic training programs for Atos employees within the designated defined business area. S/he will handle training demand and the Service Line and/or GBU specific training catalogue in line with organisation and business requirements. This will be seen to deliver an end-to-end L&D service.
The JLSM takes sole or shared ownership of a specific category of training ( global, transversal program or academy) and will develop and run this according to the roadmap agreed with the L&D leadership team and business area leadership. This activity includes specification, design, sourcing and deployment of the training and certification programs. S/he ensures the execution of subsequent evaluation and continuous improvement loops.
Contributes to the deployment, consolidation and feedback of Annual Training Needs Analysis
Supports in building and executing the annual training plan (incl. target setting)
Promotes & deploys the company training programs at defined business area level (handle execution of training calendar)
Manages training demand & training catalogue
Supports in running the training budget
Collaborates closely with training Master Service Providers (where relevant)
Maintains contacts with country-based or international authorities regarding training subsidies/funding & financial/fiscal requirements where appropriate, & aided by back office

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in supporting training programs in sophisticated, culturally diverse corporate environments
Proficient business English (C1); Polish would be considered an advantage
Creativity and ability to apply innovative solutions to the training program and to translate business objectives into training objectives
Organized, results oriented, with excellent time leadership skills
Outstanding communication skills and adaptable communication style to recipient requirements
Experience of working in the IT industry would be considered as an advantage
