Main Purpose of the Job
Support Director(s) and/or Manager and the units employees to create an optimised organisation and business agenda including all related activities
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate day to day administrative and operational tasks between departments and operating units
2. Plan,organise, coordinate and support meetings, events, and similar activities
3. Perform general office support to the department (incl Microsoft Office knowledge)
4. Travel planning and management
5. Finance/Cost support
6. Participate in business administration projects
7. Support with relevant communication activities (incl team site administration)
Critical Experience
3-5 years of experience from similar role
Minimum Education
High school diploma in Administration or equivalent.
