At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. You and your team will own the experience of the nurses on our platform, and will proactively reach out to them to make sure that they have the best possible experience with us. This job is fully remote.

You'll be measured by the Net Promoter Score of our nurses, and their reviews of their experience with us, as well as metrics such as nurse churn. After all, happy customers tend to stay with us over the course of their career. You'll work closely with all other teams in the company, including sales, account management, billing, and technology (we have our own technology R&D team that creates the software to makes your team most effective).

Qualifications include
- Have a background with customer success management & sales experience.
- Zendesk Support Experience

Preferred Qualifications include:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
