What Are You Going To Do
- Manage the implementation of medium and high complexity projects, activities and teams, being responsible for the results obtained in their performance, establishing action plans and suggesting goals, processes and programs inherent to their area.
- Manage and control activities related to the development and improvement of the customer experience in the use of the platform and in the service provided by the Customer Service, being responsible for the excellence of the end-to-end service of Rappi, taking actions in accordance with the OKRs determined by the company.
- Create solutions for complex analytical and operational challenges, building tools to identify gaps, building scalable processes to improve the experience, developing analytical reports, aiming at improving the experience of partnership with Rappi and advancing functional cross-cutting international initiatives such as improving indicators operations and support.
- Draw valid inferences from performance data and reports, raising hypotheses, mapping scenarios, managing recommendations, insights and knowledge in this process, in order to increase business competitiveness.
