Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a talented professional with passion for customer service to work with our luxury beauty clients and their online customer support. This will be a remote position, so you get to work from home - yet still be a part of the amazingly proficient and global BrandBastion team!

As social media lives 24/7 we have team members in several different countries and schedules are organized so that we offer our services 24/7. We are a growth company offering a lot of opportunities and valuable learning experience for someone who is highly interested in social media, marketing and customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Monitor and moderate public social media engagement
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Engage the online community to increase positive interactions
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Makes recommendations to the Project Lead by monitoring client accounts
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Requirements:

If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills or experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Communication/ English language or similar)
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Great attention to detail and high work moral
  • Analytical thinking
  • Flexible schedule: we provide 24/7 support for the customer
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment (this is a remote position)
  • Previous customer service and/or community management experience is considered an advantage
