Responsibilities
1. Research, initiate and review upcoming content operation initiatives, secure creative assets, drive creative kick off calls, and manage custom creative components, including lead times 2. Support Content team by planning overall marketing timelines, project deliverables, resources, and facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues 3. Work with analysts to synthesize data and draw insights that drive the team’s goals 4. Assist with planning, coordination and execution of campaigns and activations 5. Provide on-call support as required for after-hours and weekend partner and talent-related emergencies
Qualifications
1. 1 year of work experience in a startup or tech company in an operations role 2. Proficient in English and Spanish 3. Ability to create reports and analyse data 4. Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization 5. Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously 6. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance 7. Able to work in Sao Paulo
