Job Vacancy: Purchasing Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties

Purchase goods from approved manufacturers
Register products and suppliers in the system and keep all registers updated
Analyze constantly all prices of products and services and identify strategies to reduce costs without lose quality
Manage inventory
Maintain inventory levels in line with company goals
Address quality issues with manufacturers
Review and address any discrepancies during all the process of purchasing
Proven knowledge, oral and written communication skills
Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent computer skills (Word, Internet and Excel)
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily proving knowledge and/or ability required.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelors in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or related field.

Salary and benefits

Salary: R$ 2.300,00 per month (after 06 months we can discuss about improve it if the candidate present excellent performance)
Feeding voucher: R$ 200 per month
Public transportation voucher
Individual health plan (after 03 months of experience)
Profit share according to internal regulation.
