The Operations team is responsible for all day to day operations at Maxihost. Although new servers and IT Infrastructure are provisioned, It’s our mission to guarantee quick attendance and provides a high level of quality to the clients. The Support Analyst at Maxihost attend and interact with clients by e-mail and phone call. Also, it’s him or her responsible too:
- Provide support for infrastructure services – servers and storage hardware, operating system, and software platforms
- Maintain relationship with our remote data centers
- Install Operations Systems (Linux and Windows)
- Troubleshoot operating system storage issues including, disk management and RAID technologies
- Configure and maintain IPMI
Skills and qualifications
Comfortable reading and writing in English (mandatory)
- Experience in monitoring software and ticketing systems to provide customer support
- Intermediate knowledge in Linux and Windows
- Previous experience with virtualization platform and data center environment (desirable)
- Interest in building a strong career in Infrastructure and Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology areas or related degree

Additional information
Work schedule - 5x2, including weekends (twice a month) - 10h00 às 19h00
