- Responsible for to attend national and international calls, redirecting to the right sector;
- Responsible for internal communication / endomarketing actions (notice boards and e-mails) in order to ensure the maintenance and improvement of internal information;
- Provide support in the Human Resources area, including, among others: supporting training logistics, commemorative events, collaborate on campaigns and internal research;
- Coordinate the contracts of the companies that provide collective services to the other companies on the site, such as cafeteria, transport and ambulatory, ensuring the execution of the clauses signed, preparing reports, monitoring the operations, participating in meetings, monitoring costs and readjustments of prices;
- Organizing appointments, events and trips, making hotel and ticket reservations, receiving visitors and customers;
- Assist the areas in preparing reports and presentations, when necessary;
- Plan, organize and execute administrative activities in general, ensuring the quality and reliability of processes and information;
- Assist coordination in the daily routine of the area, performing other activities inherent to the position;
